Each week the coaching staff will offer two 1-hour clinics on specifics strokes and skills, selected by Coach Sarah.

Clinics are organized by age group. Not every age group will have a clinic every week.  

Clinics take place from 3-4pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Below is the information for this week's clinics:

Tuesday, 6/18 - Backstroke starts & turns (13-18s)

Thursday, 6/20 - Backstroke starts & turns (9-12s)
