Thank you for attending the open house yesterday! It was a great turnout and got us excited for summer. 

The NVSL Officials clinics kickoff in three weeks! On Saturday May 17 there is a New Referee Clinic at Hunt Valley and a New/Recert Clinic for Stroke and Turn Judges at Cottontail. A New Starter clinic will also be held Sunday May 18 at Parklawn.

Officials play a critical role in ensuring all NVSL meets are safe, fair, and fun! We sincerely appreciate everyone who takes the time to attend the officiating clinics and steps on deck as a stroke and turn judge, starter, or referee. Clinics will be offered on both Saturday (5/17) and Sunday (5/18):

Sat, May 17th - 8-10AM

• New Referee* @ Hunt Valley (Only New, cannot be used to recertify)
• New/Recertification Stroke & Turn @ Cottontail

Sun, May 18th - 8-10AM - New Starter @ Parklawn (Only New, cannot be used to recertify)

A few reminders:

- All clinics start on time and are held rain or shine. If you arrive 10 minutes late for a certification clinic or depart before its conclusion, you will not receive credit.

- Advance registration is not necessary for in-person clinics and there is no cost to attend

- New Referee, Referee/Starter, New Starter, and Stroke & Turn Clinics are 2 hours in length.

**Virtual recertification clinics are for officials who have been certified in the position for a minimum of 5 years. Registration links will be sent to Team Reps and posted on MyNVSL.com.
