Good Morning and Happy Fathers Day!

Tomorrow night is our first Monday B meet!  Remember, this is a super fun opportunity for your swimmer to compete in a friendly/supportive environment.  Also a way to try out new strokes, or ones they did not get to swim at the A meet.

Please take a moment now to sign your swimmers up for the event. Declare you will be there and then pick up to 2 strokes PLUS Individual Medley.  Double check that you did not pick a stroke the child just placed 1,2,3 in at the A meet yesterday.  Signing up today before 5pm is needed, to make it easier for the team data coordinators. They plan to merge the meet entries to have planned heats.  This can make the meet go smoother for the clerks of course and the swimmers.  Yes, deck entries/write ins will still be allowed, if your plans change.  Remember, no specific team suit is ever needed for meets, especially B meets.

We still need a clerk of course, so this would be a great one to do, since you will really be the assistant clerk of course.  Also, Rutherford only needs half the marshals we have signed up, so consider changing jobs.

Rutherford, did ask us to bring a starter (equipment)  I am asking for someone to take charge of charging one and getting it back and forth to the meet.  Please be someone familiar with the equipment.

It is a Rutherford Pool at 4609 Marley Rd, Fairfax.

Arrive 5:10pm

Briefing for officials/timers 5:30pm

Warm ups 5:30pm--20 minutes

Meet starts 6pm

Rutherford will run 10 meter and 25 meter 6 and U events with kickboard or coach in the water for the minis.

They will be running a 50/50 raffle that will be picked after breast stroke.  Truro can participate. 

Our dress up theme is Hawaiian--just like on Saturday.
