There’s a lot of excitement in the air for tomorrow’s Divisionals meet—we can’t wait to see Truro’s swimmers in action!

Please review the final reminders below, Parts of Truro are experiencing a power outage, I will send the following attachments when I can get to power and internet: updated timeline, finalized meet sheet (sent Wednesday), and the pool/parking map.

Volunteer Help Needed: We have required volunteer spots that are needed to run this meet — 3 timers for the second half, 1 marshall for the second half, 1 awards clerk for the first half(ribbons). The best part? You can sign up for just the first or second half of the meet. Sign up here!

Meet Details

📍 Mansion House Pool (9321 Old Mt Vernon Rd, Alexandria, VA 22309)

📅 Saturday, 7/19🕖 Arrive by 7:10 AM if swimming Freestyle (warm-up at 7:20 AM)

🚗 Allow 45+ minutes for travel and parking.

Parking & Drop-Off

• Main lot: Pass holders only and swimmer drop off
• Additional Parking: Neighborhood streets & school across the street
• Swimmer drop-off: Available at pool; drivers must park offsite
• Team Area: Truro is in Area 4

Please note that the warmup will be closer to 10 minutes even though the schedule does not reflect that.

• Free – Arrive: 7:10 | Warm-up: 7:20 | Start: 8:30
• Back – Arrive: 8:50 | Warm-up: 9:10 | Start: 9:15
• Breast – Arrive: 9:35 | Warm-up: 10:00 | Start: 10:05
• Fly – Arrive: 10:35 | Warm-up: 11:20 | Start: 11:25
• IM – Arrive: 11:40 | Warm-up: 12:10 | Start: 12:15
• ⏱ Start times may shift slightly due to DQs or delays.

What to Bring

• Water, Gatorade
• Goggles, cap, towel, team suit
• Chair for team area
• Not Required - Tech suits (FINA-approved) for swimmers 13+
• Cash/card for concessions

Spectators: Seating is available around the pool; foldable chairs welcome.

T-Shirts:  Pre-ordered shirts can be picked up at the meet. Orders placed after 7/17 will be shipped directly to your home - order here!

If Your Swimmer Is Sick: Please notify us ASAP so we can offer the spot to another swimmer.
