Hi Swordfish Families,

Congratulations on completing the first week of swim and dive season! We are hoping for many more sunny days ahead and are excited for the fun weeks to come. Before we know it, we’ll be heading into our first meets of the season!

Swim Gear - Make sure your swimmer has the following at swim practice:

• Goggles
• Swim Cap
• Fins - Coach Syd was able to borrow fins from her home pool (Mantua!) unfortunately we can't keep them forever.  Please try to get a pair of fins for your swimmer at a local swim store, online vendor or try a Buy Nothing Group!!
• Towel/Warm Clothes for after

Interested in learning how to become a Stroke & Turn Judge or help officiate meets? Please see the attached schedule of FREE training opportunities offered through the Northern Virginia Swim League.

Also, if you have neighbors or friends interested in joining the swim or dive team, we are still accepting registrations! Participants must be members of Truro Pool to join the team.
