Hi Swordfish Families,
We had a great time at mini golf this week! Despite the heat, everyone had a lot of fun, and the ice cream afterward was the perfect way to cool down. We have another exciting week ahead, so be sure to read below for all the details!
π Noodle Night β Potluck & Noodle Floats
Friday, July 3 | 6:00β8:00 PM
Join us for one of our favorite summer traditions! Please head to SwimTopia to RSVP and sign up to bring a dish for the potluck.
Swimmers are also invited to bring a pool noodle to relax and float with friends during the evening.
During Noodle Night, we'll also celebrate some exciting team accomplishments:
- π Coach Syd will announce this week's Swimmers of the Week.
- π Anna Woody and Ainslee Girard will update the Swordfish Record Board with their records from the 2025 season!.

Wear your favorite red, white, and blue attire as we celebrate Independence Day and cheer on the Swordfish!
π‘οΈ Heat Safety Reminder
With high temperatures expected, we'll have several ways to help everyone stay cool, including:
- Cold water for refills
- Ice
- Cooling towels for swimmers and volunteers
- Shaded areas around the pool
Please remember to:
- Bring a refillable water bottle.
- Wear lightweight clothing, hats, and sunscreen.
- Bring a fan, umbrella, or any other items that help you stay cool.
- Take breaks in the shade and stay hydrated throughout the meet.
- Bring Additional Pop up shades for use around the pool.
π Volunteer Sign-Up
If your swimmer is selected for Saturday's A Meet, please sign up for a volunteer position in SwimTopia. Parent volunteers are essential to running a successful meet and supporting our team.
Families will be notified Thursday evening if their swimmer has been selected to compete.

π Cake Bake β July 10
Cake Bake is one of our swimmers' favorite Swordfish traditions! To make this event a success, we are looking for one parent volunteer from each age group to serve as the Cake Bake lead.
Please review the Cake Bake sign-up in SwimTopia and consider volunteering. Your support helps make this fun and memorable event possible for all of our swimmers.
