Attached is the meet sheet for this Saturday’s HOME meet against Camelot. 

Please Note: Due to the forecasted heat, the meet will begin one hour earlier than usual.

Meet Timeline

• 6:50 AM – Swimmers arrive
• 7:00–7:20 AM – Truro warm-ups
• 7:25–7:45 AM – Camelot warm-ups
• 7:30 AM – Officials briefing
• 7:50–8:00 AM – Senior Recognition
• 8:02 AM – National Anthem
• 8:05 AM – Meet begins

Wear your favorite red, white, and blue attire as we celebrate Independence Day and cheer on the Swordfish!

🌡️ Heat Safety Reminder

With high temperatures expected, we'll have several ways to help everyone stay cool, including:

• Cold water for refills
• Ice
• Cooling towels for swimmers and volunteers
• Shaded areas around the pool

Please remember to:

• Bring a refillable water bottle.
• Wear lightweight clothing, hats, and sunscreen.
• Bring a fan, umbrella, or any other items that help you stay cool.
• Take breaks in the shade and stay hydrated throughout the meet.
• Bring Additional Pop up shades for use around the pool.
