⭐ NVSL All-Star Relay Meet

Wednesday, July 15 - 9:30 AM📍 Sleepy Hollow Bath & Racquet Club

Congratulations to our three Swordfish relay teams that qualified for the NVSL All-Star Relay Meet! Only the top 18 relay teams in each event across the entire NVSL earn an invitation to compete.

Good luck to our All-Star Relay swimmers—we'll be cheering you on!

Swimmers 10 years old and up come to work on IM starts, turns and finishes!

📸 Team Picture Day

Friday, July 17

There will be no morning practice. Instead, we'll be taking our annual team, sibling, and individual photos.

Picture Day Schedule

• 7:45–7:55 AM – Swimmer arrival
• 7:55 AM – Team photo lineup begins (Swim & Dive)
• Immediately following the team photo – Individual and sibling photos

Please have your swimmer arrive on time wearing their team suit (or a solid blue suit) and team t-shirt so we can stay on schedule.

🍩 Donuts will be provided after swimmers have finished the team photo and any individual or sibling photos.

🎤 Pep Rally – Karaoke Night

Friday, July 17 - 6:00–8:00 PM

Join us for one of our favorite pep rallies of the season! Come sing your favorite songs, cheer on your teammates, and get excited for Saturday's final regular-season A Meet.

• 8:00–8:20 AM – Truro warm-ups
• 8:25–8:45 AM – Mosby Woods warm-ups
• 9:00 AM – Meet begins

🎓 Meet Theme: College Gear

Break out your favorite college shirts, hats, and gear to show your school spirit!

The official meet sheet will be released Thursday evening. Please review the lineup and, if your swimmer is participating, sign up for a volunteer position if you haven't already.

🍽️ Progressive Dinner (Ages 13–18)

Our annual Progressive Dinner is coming up soon!

• 5:30–5:50 PM – Truro warm-ups (Lanes 1–3)
