We are excited for Team Picture Day! Below are the details you need to know to help the morning run smoothly.

📸 Picture Day Schedule

Friday, July 17

Swimmers should arrive between 7:45–7:55 AM so we can begin lining up swimmers at 7:55 am for the team photo.

Photo Schedule

• 7:55 AM – Team photo lineup begins
• Swim & Dive Team Photo (everyone)
• Swim Team Photo
• Dive Team Photo
• Individual and Sibling photos

Please have your swimmer arrive on time wearing their team suit (or solid blue suit) and team t-shirt so we can stay on schedule.

🍩 Swimmers will receive donuts after they have completed the team photo and any individual or sibling photos they are taking.

📲 Accessing Photos

Parents can get a head start by creating an account and purchasing photo credits through AdvancePay.

We have also attached a flyer that can be shared digitally or printed for your reference. Please save this information so you can easily access your swimmer’s photos once they become available.
