Swordfish Families,

As another summer swim season comes to a close, we want to take a moment to say thank you for making this such a memorable year.

From the excitement of Time Trials to the final races at Divisionals, this season was filled with personal bests, record-breaking swims, exciting relays, early morning practices, Wednesday socials, pep rallies and so many moments that brought our Swordfish family together. Whether your swimmer was competing for the first time or wrapping up their final season, we hope they made memories and friendships that will last well beyond the summer.

A swim team is so much more than practices and meets. It's built by the incredible families who volunteer, cheer from the sidelines, help behind the scenes, and create the welcoming community that makes Truro such a special place. Thank you for your time, your flexibility, and your willingness to jump in wherever help was needed. We truly couldn't do it without you.

We also want to thank you for the incredibly generous gift. Your kindness and thoughtfulness mean so much to all of us. A very special thank you to Mandy for organizing everything—we truly appreciate the time and effort it took to coordinate such a meaningful surprise.

While the swim season may be over, we still have a couple of opportunities to get together before summer comes to an end!

🎤 Friday, August 21 – Karaoke Night

Join us for Karaoke Night at the pool! We'll also be selling our remaining concession items at hot deal prices, so come hungry, grab some bargains, and enjoy a fun evening with your Swordfish friends.

🍻 Friday, August 28 – Volunteer Happy Hour (5:30–7:00 p.m.)

To all of our amazing volunteers, we'd love to see you one more time! Stop by for a drink, a bite to eat, and a chance to catch up with fellow Swordfish families. It's our way of saying thank you for everything you did to make this season a success.
