Hi Swordfish Swim Families,

The Truro Board invites the community to come together to discuss the future of our swim program.

Please join them this Sunday, October 4, from 6:00–7:30 PM at the Clubhouse for a 2027 Swim Planning Meeting. The meeting will be led by the HOA President and Board representatives, and everyone is welcome. Whether you’ve been closely involved with the team for years or are interested in sharing an idea, they’d love to have you there.

After two years serving as Swim Reps, we have stepped away from the Swim Rep role. We are grateful for all of the families, coaches, swimmers, and volunteers who have made these past two seasons so special, and we’re excited to support new leadership.

Finding the next Swim Reps is crucial because head coaches are typically hired between November and February, and sponsorship outreach generally begins in February. To allow the new reps enough time to get involved, ask questions, and prepare for the season, it is best to have 2027 Swim Reps before the end of November.

Most importantly, this meeting is about building on what we have and hearing from the community about where we want to go next. We welcome new perspectives, different ideas, and anyone who would like to keep the swim program a strong part of our community.
