Saturday Morning Practice
Start: 9:00 AM
End: 10:45 AM
Practice schedule: 9:00 – 10:00 for Ages 10 and older, 10:00 – 10:45 for Ages 9 and younger. This special Saturday practice will have fewer coaches than regular practices and the coaches will not be in the water. The practice will be more about conditioning and less about stroke development. |

Swim, Dive, and Tennis Open House with Sport Fair

Swim / Dive / Tennis team news: We look forward to seeing everyone at Swim, Dive, and Tennis Night on Sunday April 28th (4:30 - 6:30) and Friday, June 7th (4:30 – 6:30 pm) at the Truro clubhouse. We will be available to help with any questions you might have about the swim team and you will be able to register and meet with both Truro Dive and RJ Tennis. Sport Fair, our swimsuit vendor, will be on hand at both registration sessions to help team members with sizing and purchase of the new team suit and goggles (please note that the team suit is new this year year). The later second session will help those parents with children that sign up for swim team after the pool opens to avoid driving to Arlington to buy the team suit. |

Winter Swim Celebration - for Truro Winter Swim families only

Celebration for families who participated in the winter swim program. Following the final winter swim meet we will meet at the clubhouse around 5:30. We will celebrate with pizza and smores while enjoying the warmth of a bonfire. Light refreshments and drinks will be provided. Please RSVP so we can plan accordingly. |

The NVSL Individual All-Stars swim meet is a competition between select swimmers in each age group and event. The races consist of swimmers with the top 18 times league-wide within NVSL at the Individual Divisional Meets, with two alternate swimmers in case one or more scheduled swimmers are not present. Please note, only times from Divisionals are considered for All Stars. |
