NVSL Indvidual All Stars
Sully Station - 5101 Sequoia Farms Dr, Centreville, VA 20120. The NVSL Individual All-Stars swim meet is a competition between select swimmers in each age group and event. The races consist of swimmers with the top 18 times league-wide within NVSL at the Individual Divisional Meets, with two alternate swimmers in case one or more scheduled swimmers are not present. Please note, only times from Divisionals are considered for All Stars.

After the Lollipop meet, the Minis will come back to Truro to get their donuts and paper plate awards; 8 & Unders will return to the pool for donuts and will get paper plate awards at Awards night on Saturday night.

Lollipop Meet @ Rutherford (for Minis and 8 & unders not swimming in Divisionals)

The annual Lollipop meet for is Friday July 28, 2017 at Rutherford Pool, 4609 Marley Road, Fairfax, VA. This is a special B Meet for Mini Swordfish and 8 and Unders (except those swimming in Divisionals on Saturday) designed to encourage our young swimmers to swim further and different strokes than they have all season. A lot of kids swim their first 25 meter freestyle and/or theirfirst attempt at other strokes at the Lollipop meet.
Arrival: Swimmers should arrive at Rutherford Pool by 8:15 AM. Warmups will take place at 8:30 AM and the meet will begin at 9:00 AM. Events: Swimmers are welcome to participate in as many events as they would like - swimmers do not have to be legal to swim at this meet. Events include the short course with kickboard, short course freestyle, short course backstroke, and 25 free, 25 back, 25 breast and 25 fly. Please sign up your swimmer and select events using Swimtopia. Awards: Swimmers will not receive ribbons for this meet, but the kids will receive lollipops after each event. Unofficial times will be recorded on timecards- swimmers should ask for a timecard from the timer at the end of each race. Because the Lollipop meet times are unofficial, the times from this meet will not be recorded in Swimtopia. Volunteers: The Rutherford Rats swim team official this meet. Sit back and enjoy the meet!
