Swimmers should plan to be at Hayfield Farm by 5:05. Please leave plenty of time for traffic and parking!

Volunteers should note their briefing or start time below and all volunteers should check-in at least 5 minutes before their briefing or start time.

The meet will start at 6:30.

The weather will be hot and humid tomorrow, so please have your swimmers hydrate throughout the day!

• 5:05 Truro swimmers arrive
• 5:20 - 5:35 Truro Warmups
• 5:45 Officials Briefing (Referee with S&T Judges) [Jeff Cleveland]
• 5:55 Clear pool (end of warmups)
• 5:55 Referee and RTOs Meeting [Malena Barzilai, Cathy Swanton, Jerry Smagala]
• 6:10 Timers briefing [Kevin Brandt, Marty Kady, Jerry Smagala]
• 6:10 Table workers in place at tables [Amy Brandt, Janet Moreth]
• 6:20 First two events called to Clerk of Course
• 6:25 All officials and timers in place on deck
• 6:30 Meet starts 

Reminders:

• All officials and volunteer workers must wear white shirts and navy blue bottoms (no clothing with Truro logos).
• There are Check-in tables for Table Workers, Timers/RTOs and Officials
• Officials and Timers and RTOs need to be at the pool and checked in 5 minutes prior to their briefings
• In the event of severe weather causing a delay or meet stoppage: All swimmers, volunteers and spectators are to clear the pool and deck and WAIT in cars. We will send an email out when we have been given the ok to return to the pool. Do NOT leave the event; every effort will be made to complete the meet the same evening.
• In the event that the meet can not be completed due to weather, the rain date is Thursday night.
• Relay Carnival is a really fun and energetic event! Remember good sportsmanship.
• The parking lot will be for reserved spots only so please choose to drop your swimmers off at the end of the cul-de-sac, turn around, and find parking on the streets. Please do not block a driveway. There is also parking available at the Hayfield elementary School Parking Lot.
