Practice schedule: 9:00 – 10:00 for Ages 11 and older, 10:00 – 10:45 for Ages 10 and younger. This special Saturday practice will have fewer coaches than regular practices and the coaches will not be in the water. The practice will be more about conditioning and less about stroke development.
